Abstract
This paper viewpoints the use of students’ interpersonal and intrapersonal skills in reading comprehension test as a strategy to sharpening the students’ questioning skills interchangeably. As we commonly see and experience most teachers made reading comprehension test by asking their students to answer a series of questions or other types of reading test. We should be curious on the students’ questioning skills, still with the basis of reading comprehension test. Using descriptive qualitative method, the students are required to formulate questions based on reading comprehension text available.  The results of the students’ question are then analyzed in terms of grammar and meaning. . Finally, it reveals that most of the students experience difficulties in formulating questions. It can be seen from the students inappropriate patterns which grammatically incorrect and inaprropriate meaning in a view of semantics.
