NILAI MORAL DALAM NOVEL KCB KARYA HABIBURRAHMAN EL SHIRAZY

Abstract

Since the 1990s, Islamic novel has developed very rapidly in Indonesia and are well received by readers. It was marked some of the stories in the Islamic novel also raised a story that in the film and serial stories in the drama. One of the novels that received a public welcomesi.e.Ketika Cinta Bertasbih novel. This novel is very important to be studied, especially on the content of social moral value in it. The value of social morals is one of the essential elements for constructing the theme and the message in the novel. The focus of this study included (1) the value of moral knowledge in the novel, (2) the value of moral sense in the novel, and (3) the value of moral action of Ketika Cinta Bertasbih novel by Habiburrahman El Shirazy. Theories used as the basis for the study included (1) the nature of value, (2) the moral, (3) the novel (its understanding and elements), and (4) the social approach in the sociology of literature. The approach of this research was descriptive qualitative and the method used was the method of thesociology of literature.The Research data in the form of written verbal unitswhich was quoted from the manuscript of Ketika Cinta Bertasbih novel by Habiburrahman El Shirazy.The Instrument in this research that is self-researcher and researcher used thetable of data collector to collect data according to thefocuson research. The data collection procedure was done by repeatedly reading, identifying, selecting, describing, and classifying according to the research focus. Collected data then analyzed by interpreted and concluded. The Conclusions as research findings were validated further by theory.
